In order to measure health outcomes, we need to measure health status before and after interventions (Medical & Non-Medical) and biological age and health status on each birthday.

Biological age (physiological age) is a measure of how well or poorly your body is functioning relative to your actual calendar age (chronological age). Here are examples of how to measure your biological age:
