In order to measure health outcomes, we need to measure health status before and after interventions (Medical & Non-Medical). The following are components of health status

  • Symptoms (Patient) - This is the patient's view of their physical and mental symptoms. They include pain or discomfort, visual symptoms, cold or flu-like, physical abnormalities, mental health and other.
  • Conditions (Medical)
  • Risk (Medical)
  • Function (Patient)


  • Well-Being (Patient) - PHQ, Purpose, Love & Connection, Competence
