- Cleveland Clinic and Kaiser Permanente-Southern California use HealthLoop that helps physicians stay connected to their patients through mobile and web-based surveys, reminders, and timely information based on particular condition or treatment plan. Physicians get notified if patients are trending toward an undesirable outcome based on their responses or whether or not they are answering the questions at all. (5/15/17)

- Trinity Health used the Vivify remote monitoring platform to expand virtual services to home health patients in seven states. The goal is to reduce visits to the emergency room as well as inpatient admissions for high-risk patients. (2/1/17)
