The purpose of this site is to provide insight into the determinants and interventions (Medical & Non-Medical) that positively impact patient's health outcomes and health status including well-being. The mission of the Patient Well-Being Foundation is to build a managing health framework to help (i) cost-effectively improve health status, (ii) increase disability-free life expectancy and to (iii) establish an open-source, widely accepted way to measure health outcomes.
