With only 20% or less of health outcomes attributed to the healthcare system, effectively "managing health" requires Non-Medical Interventions that are not reimbursed by the healthcare system and may be provided by non-clinical professionals, the patient and the patient's care giver. These interventions do not typically include Medical Interventions which are treatments and services typically reimbursed by healthcare insurance like Medicare.
